ចាប់តាំងពីបទឈប់បាញ់នៅខែ ធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ រហូតមកដល់ពេលនេះ ទាំងភាគីកម្ពុជា និងភាគីថៃបានប្រកាន់ជំហរគោរពខ្លឹមសារ នៃសេចក្តីប្រកាសរួម ថ្ងៃ ២៧ ធ្នូ ២០២៥។

ក្នុងន័យនេះ កម្ពុជាសង្ឃឹមថាភាគីថៃនឹងបន្តគោរពតាមខ្លឹមសារនៃសេចក្តីប្រកាសរួម ជាពិសេសត្រង់ចំណុចទី៣ ដែលចែងថា ÷ “ភាគីទាំងពីរឯកភាពគ្នាថា រាល់ការព្រមព្រៀងក្រោមសេចក្តីប្រកាសរួមនេះមិនត្រូវធ្វើឱ្យប៉ះពាល់ដល់ការខ័ណ្ឌសីមាព្រំដែន និងព្រំដែនអន្តរជាតិរវាងប្រទេសទាំងពីរនោះទេ។ ភាគីទាំងពីរឯកភាពគ្នាប្រគល់តួនាទីឱ្យគណៈកម្មការចម្រុះព្រំដែនបន្តអនុវត្តការងារវាស់វែង និងខ័ណ្ឌសីមាព្រំដែន ឱ្យបានឆាប់រហ័សបំផុត ស្របតាមកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងដែលមានស្រាប់រវាងប្រទេសទាំងពីរ ដើម្បីសម្រេចបាននូវសន្តិភាពយូរអង្វែងតាមបណ្តោយព្រំដែន។ ភាគីទាំងពីរឯកភាពគ្នាថានឹងប្រើប្រាស់យន្តការដែលមានស្រាប់នៃគណៈកម្មការចម្រុះព្រំដែន ដើម្បីធានាសុវត្ថិភាព និងសន្តិសុខរបស់ក្រុមការងារវាស់វែងចម្រុះនៅលើទីតាំងជាក់ស្តែង ដោយរាប់បញ្ចូលទាំងសុវត្ថិភាពពីជាន់មីន។ ភាគីទាំងពីរឯកភាពគ្នាថា គណៈកម្មការចម្រុះព្រំដែននឹងផ្តល់អាទិភាពខ្ពស់បំផុតចំពោះការងារវាស់វែង និងខ័ណ្ឌសីមាព្រំដែននៅតំបន់រងផលប៉ះពាល់ ដែលមានជនស៊ីវិលរស់នៅ។”

កម្ពុជាសង្ឃឹមយ៉ាងមុតមាំថា គណៈកម្មការចម្រុះព្រំដែនទាំងពីរអាចចាប់ផ្តើមអនុវត្តការងារវាស់វែងបានឆាប់រហ័ស តាមស្មារតីដែលបានឯកភាពគ្នាក្នុងសេចក្តីប្រកាសរួម (ចំណុចទី៣) ប្រកបដោយភាពស្មោះត្រង់ ដើម្បីឈានទៅរកការខ័ណ្ឌសីមានិងបោះបង្គោលព្រំដែនច្បាស់លាស់រវាងប្រទេសទាំងពីរដោយសន្តិវិធី ដែលជាមូលដ្ឋានសម្រាប់កសាងសន្តិភាពយូរអង្វែង និងឱ្យប្រជាពលរដ្ឋរស់នៅតាមបណ្តោយព្រំដែននៃទាំងពីរប្រទេសអាចរស់នៅដោយសេចក្តីសុខ។

Since ceasefire in December 2025, both Cambodia and Thailand have always declared respect and adherence to the agreements reached in the Joint Statement (JS) of 27 December 2025.

For this reason, Cambodia hopes that Thailand will continue to adhere to the implementations of the JS agreement, in particular Point #3 which states that ÷ “Both sides agree that all arrangements under this Joint Statement are without prejudice to the border demarcation and international boundary between the two countries. Both sides agree to refer to the Joint Boundary Commission to resume, at the earliest, the survey and demarcation works, in accordance with existing agreements between the two countries to achieve lasting peace along the border. Both sides agree to utilize Joint Boundary Commission’s existing mechanisms to ensure safety and security of the joint survey team on the ground, including its safety from landmines. Both sides agree that the Joint Boundary Commission will accord the first and foremost priority for the immediate survey and demarcation works in the affected border areas where the civilians resided.”

Cambodia strongly hopes that the Joint Border Commissions of both countries can begin implementing works, as agreed in JS (Point Number 3), quickly and with sincerity, so that we can properly and clearly demarcate border between both countries in a peaceful manner. This will be foundation for long-lasting peace that would allow our people living a long shared border to live peacefully.
